PT HKR DO TOPPING OFF CEREMONY APARTMENT H RESIDENCE SENTUL
PT HK Realtindo (HKR) conducted the process of topping off the ceremony of the construction of the H Residence Sentul Apartment project on Tuesday (23/02)
In the event topping off the ceremony was also present Director of Operations of PT HK Realtindo Mr. Tjahjo Purnomo, and Mr. Wisnu Wardhana, Head of H Residence Sentul Project from PT Hutama Karya (Persero) Building Division (HKDG).
"This project is one of the synergies of HK Group between HKR is the owner, HKDG as a contractor and PT HAKAASTON as a concrete supply. H Residence Sentul is the fifth apartment project from PT HKR. We want to prove to the community that this apartment project is good. To continue to gain public trust that all the projects we build are taken seriously," Tjahjo added.
The project, which has an investment value of Rp 364.1 billion, is targeted to be completed in quartal four in 2022.
H Residence Sentul Apartment is built on an area of 6,471m2, a building area of 41,620 m2 with a total of 780 apartment units divided into 2 towers. Tower A consists of 14 layers of 363 apartment units, and tower B 14 layers as many as 417 units divided into Studio, 1 Bedroom, 2 Bedroom, 3 Bedroom, and 2 Bedroom Corner types. The unit area also starts from 22 square meters for studio type, up to 42 square meters, with a unique building shape, namely with the shape of 2 twin towers facing off.
