PT HK Realtindo originated from the formation of the Property Division of PT. Hutama Karya (Persero) in 1997-2001, at which time the HK Property Division was able to develop the Puri Hutama housing estates in Bekasi and Puri Danguran in Klaten, Central Java. This division was closed in 2001 because the company wanted to focus on the construction services business.
Establishment & Growth
In 2008, taking into account the market share of PT. Hutama Karya established a Realty Unit under the Directorate of Operations I. By taking into account and considering the results of the 2009 General Meeting of Shareholders, PT. Hutama Karya (Persero) established PT. HK Realtindo on May 10, 2010, with Notary Deed 20 dated May 10, 2010 drawn up before Notary Aliya S. Azhar, SH, MH, MKN as a form of corporate action considering the different main business activities (construction services with property).
8 Years Old
Entering the age of 8 years, HK Realtindo (HKR) gained the trust and support of the Shareholders through the addition of 192 billion capital (assets and cash deposits). HKR is optimistic to develop new projects, including through BUMN Synergy. In addition, HKR also supports development programs (Rest Areas, residential areas, commercial to industrial areas) along the Trans Sumatra Toll Road. In 2018 HKR acquired the company PT Nusa Pratama Properti, the owner of Aston Priority Hotel and land on Jl. TB. Simatupang, and HKR formed a subsidiary, PT HKRR (Hutama Karunia Raya Realtindo) through a Joint Venture (JV) with a private company that will develop land in Maja, Lebak Banten.
Medium Term Notes II
HK Realtindo (HKR) issues Phase II Medium Term Notes (MTN), with a value of Rp 1.2 trillion for working capital and investment. HKR as a subsidiary of PT. Hutama Karya (Persero) in the property sector, in addition to developing property for sale, HKR has made investments for the purpose of Recurring Income at HA-KA Hotel Semarang and HK Tower. Besides this, HKR was appointed by HK to participate in the expansion of government programs including TOD (Transit Oriented Development) in collaboration with PT KAI (Persero).
Business Development
Ready to develop business with Assets of Rp 2,072 Trillion, Equity of Rp 610 Billion. In addition, PT Hutama Karya (Persero) has a mandate to build the Trans Sumatra Toll Road (JTTS), where HKR is believed to be the manager of all Toll Roads in Sumatra, especially the Rest Area.
Medium Term Notes
PT HK Realtindo succeeded in issuing Phase I Medium Term Notes (MTN) with a total MTN issuance of Rp 550 billion for working capital and investment. Net profit increased 39% or as much as Rp 141.83 Billion. Realization of Assets of IDR 2,072 Trillion, Realization of Equity of IDR 441,570 Billion.
