Welcoming Eid Homecoming, HK Realtindo Optimizes Rest Area Facilities on Terpeka Toll Road & Indralaya Prabumulih Toll Road on Trans Sumatra Toll Road Managed by Hutama Karya
This year, HKR has added various facilities at the Terpeka Rest Area, including a larger parking area, a representative place of worship to support congregational prayer activities, clean public toilets, semi-permanent toilets and disabled toilet facilities that are always maintained, equipped with a Public Electric Vehicle Charging Station (SPKLU) with officers on duty who are ready to help, as well as a children's playground area to add to the comfort of families while resting, a map of the Rest Area area is also provided to make it easier for travelers to reach the desired area.
"We understand that the homecoming trip is quite tiring, so it is important for us to provide a comfortable and safe place for travelers to rest," said Muhammad Reza Arisandy as Acting. HKR's Business and Technical Director.
In order to support travelers who implement Work From Anywhere (WFA), HKR supports Hutama Karya in presenting a comfortable co-working space at Rest Area KM 234 & KM 215, as well as Indralaya Prabumulih KM 56A and KM 56B, through synergy with various stakeholders. Not only that, HKR is also involved in establishing homecoming alert posts at several points, such as KM 163A, KM 172B, KM 208A, to KM 311A, which provide information services, emergency health, lactation rooms, ambulances, as well as towing and workshop facilities for emergency situations.
"Together with Hutama Karya, we have coordinated with the police and health agencies to support the homecoming alert post in providing the best service to travelers," Sandy added.
Thanks to its consistency in providing good service, HKR has also gained the trust of stakeholders to manage 4 Rest Areas at the end of March for the management of Rest Areas on the Pekanbaru Dumai Toll Road, thus increasing the number of Rest Areas managed from 11 locations to 15 locations with potential annual revenue reaching IDR 26.49 billion.
