SAWANGAN - The development of the Sawangan area carried out by PT Hutama Karya Realtindo (HK Realtindo) is a strategic step to encourage regional economic growth while creating modern housing integrated with supporting facilities.
PT Hutama Karya Realtindo, a subsidiary of PT Hutama Karya (Persero), launched and broke ground for the development of the Damar cluster located in Bojongsari, Sawangan, Depok, West Java.
The groundbreaking and launching of the Damar cluster by HK Realtindo was carried out by Acting President Director of HK Realtindo Juni Iranto in the H City area, Bojongsari, Sawangan.
In his remarks, Acting President Director of HK Realtindo, Juni, revealed that this project was designed as a mixed-use development area, which combines housing, commercial areas, and green open spaces to provide maximum comfort for residents and the surrounding community.
Juni Iranto said that the Sawangan area is a sunrise property. Property development is heading towards Sawangan and its surroundings. So this area has great potential for building properties at affordable prices.
"The land will definitely rise here. Depok has become a property sunrise, the market is good so we as a developer want to play a role here," he said, (11/23/2024).
"We want to make this area an example of environmentally friendly development and support today's urban needs," continued Juni.
In addition to offering a modern and sustainable housing concept, the development of the Sawangan area also focuses on increasing accessibility. Juni added that this location was chosen because it is strategic, with easy connectivity to the toll road and downtown Jakarta.
To that end, HK Realtindo is working with the local government to ensure that road infrastructure, public transportation, and other facilities can support the sustainability of this area. "We are committed to creating an area that is not only comfortable to live in, but also encourages local economic potential," Juni added.
Another uniqueness of this project is the application of modern technology in development, such as an efficient energy management system and environmentally friendly building materials. According to Juni, HKR also prioritizes the community concept, by presenting shared facilities such as playgrounds, jogging tracks, and community activity centers.
"We want residents to not only get a place to live, but also an environment that supports their quality of life," he concluded.
This area is expected to be a new magnet for young professionals and families looking for housing near the capital with a classy and sustainable concept.
For information, the Damar Cluster itself has around 60 houses with various types. Before the launch, around 30% have been sold. In the future, HKR will continue to develop its area not only in the Sawangan area, but also other areas.
