JAKARTA – PT HK Realtindo (HKR), which is a subsidiary of PT Hutama Karya (Persero) (Hutama Karya) which is engaged in property development, including the management of the HK Tower Office Building, is now re-opening Food Avenue, Cafetaria Hutama Karya after it was closed during the lockdown period Covid-19 pandemic from 2020 to early 2022.

With the reopening of Food Avenue HK Tower June 27 2022, this time HKR provides an opportunity for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to be able to fill in the Food Avenue land which is located on the Mezzanine Floor of HK Tower.

The President Director of HK Realtindo Sugiarti said that since reopening, as many as 85% of General MSMEs from the Jabodetabek area have filled the Food & Beverages (F&B) area at the Food Avenue HK Tower and currently there is still 15% space left that we offer for General MSMEs so they can opened a business opportunity at Food Avenue HK Tower.

"MSMEs that fill the land at Food Avenue HK Tower are quite varied, starting from Indonesian, Korean, Middle Eastern specialties and others. Apart from the land we provide, these MSMEs will also receive facilities such as electricity, water, exhaust, cleanliness and security. Not only that, we have also set a schedule at the end of each month to hold a Payday Bazaar by giving MSMEs the opportunity to sell in the area that has been prepared for 5 days. This Food Avenue and Payday Bazaar are open not only for HK Tower residents but also accessible to everyone. the general public," said Sugiarti.

Sugiarti further added that the opportunities for MSMEs that open their businesses on Food Avenue and Payday Bazaar at HK Tower are quite promising in terms of income. At HK Tower itself there are approximately 1,500 employees who are actively working, so they already have potential buyers.

Food Avenue HK Tower is a commercial area located on the Mezzanine Floor of HK Tower which is designated as an area that provides food & beverages for HK Tower residents and can be accessed by the general public.

The Food Avenue HK Tower can accommodate a capacity of 100 people which is equipped with complete facilities such as air-conditioned rooms, a very comfortable place, to various types of food which of course are very affordable starting from IDR 15,000 (fifteen thousand rupiah). The operational hours of Food Avenue are open from 08.00 to 19.00 WIB so that employees and guests who come to HK Tower will not find it difficult to find breakfast, lunch or dinner.

"Currently there are still wide opportunities for General MSMEs who want to open their outlets to sell on Food Avenue and Payday Bazar HK Tower. We hope that the presence of Food Avenue and Payday Bazaar apart from providing business opportunities for MSMEs, can help increase their income," concluded Sugiarti, President Director of HK Realtindo.

Apart from the Food Avenue area, HKR also offers a commercial area that can be rented by general MSME players and companies, where there are still 3 available spaces and a magnificent and luxurious ballroom with a capacity of 300 people. This is supported by HK Tower's complete facilities, including function rooms, cafes, Food Avenue, Banks, ATM Centers, Mini Markets and other facilities.
