In 2018 HKR acquired the company PT Nusa Pratama Properti, the owner of the Aston Priority Hotel and land on Jl. TB. Simatupang, and HKR formed a subsidiary, namely PT HKRR (Hutama Karunia Raya Realtindo) through a Joint Venture (JV) with a private company that will develop land in Maja, Lebak Banten.
